Frequently asked questions about your order

How can I order a gift at KLM Wannagives? 

If you have chosen a gift, select the required size, colour, number and the method of delivery. With a mouse click on ‘Add to bag’ you place the item in your shopping bag. You will see an overview of the items in your order. You can still change your order if you wish. Then follow the instructions to round off payment. In case you’ve chosen to pay with a credit card, please note that we’ll reserve the amount due on your card. No worries, if your colleague/friend/loved one is not on the plane we will not charge your credit card. Once the payment is made, your order is successful. Depending on the chosen delivery method you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few moments, or – in case of onboard delivery – within 3 days.

Are the prices mentioned inclusive of tax? 

The ordered gifts that are delivered onboard are tax-free. If your order is delivered at the home of the person you want to surprise, then 21% Dutch VAT applies. The tax is included in the sales price. 

How do I find a gift?

You can easily browse through Wannagives using the different themes in the menu. You can also use the search function at the top right. Type the item that you are looking for and you will immediately be shown the items that correspond to your search term.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once your payment has gone through, your order is final. You cannot change it or cancel it yourself anymore. Should you wish to change anything in your order please send us a message via Facebook or Twitter or send us an e-mail.

Will I receive a confirmation when I have ordered the gift? 

There are 2 options:

1. At home delivery

Once your order has been completed successfully, a confirmation page will pop up. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail to the address that you filled in. 

2. Onboard delivery

Once your order has been completed successfully, a confirmation page will pop up. We are now going to verify whether the flight your acquaintance booked is eligible for delivery onboard. Also, we have to check if your colleague/friend/loved one will be on the scheduled flight. If so, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 days. If not, we’ll mail you to confirm cancellation of your order. Please note that we will only charge you in case we know for sure that he/she is onboard. 

How far in advance can I place an order?

When departing from Amsterdam you can place your order from 1 year up to 3 days in advance of your flight. For all inbound flights to Amsterdam orders can be placed from 1 year up to 6 days in advance.
